Bitcoin Unchained: Empowering Freedom through Decentralization, Inclusion, and Security
Dear Self,
I love Bitcoin everything about it. Not just the technology which is revolutionary yeah that’s great and all but what it stands for is even more important. I believe $BTC is more than just an investment as most people look at it. Bitcoin is bringing the world together not apart as some may think. Our country has never been more divided and with the way the current elections are shaping up things will most likely get worse before they get better.
Trump Vs. Biden is not healthy for our nation but that is what happens when media pushes two extremes and people don’t really do the research for themselves. Because the information is out but you are letting others pick what you read about it and how it is framed. (not everyone but most) There are two sides to every story right? But is America really that divided? Or is it the media companies and the lobbyist who pay billions of dollars every year to get what they want said, heard but us the people! I don’t know is it really that bad seems very doom and gloom ahead when you put it like that. Go out talk to someone you don’t know and while of course you will have differences I bet you will have more in common then you would have ever thought. It is a shame that America is being portrayed this way by the media narratives they spew but is it more of them just talking narratives for views I like think.
We the people want simple things at the end of the day. A roof over our head, our stomachs full, and to know the people we care about are safe. And if you already have that you are doing better then half the worlds population. Earth the giant rock we live on floating through space has 8 Billion of us….thats a lot of people don’t you think? With so many of us comes different nations, cultures, religions, languages and currencies. If you think about it there has never been a truly world asset that everyone no matter what is on the same playing field with.
Until it happened. Bitcoin a way to trust one another without the need of a central agency to oversee. Now certain Nations do better then others at certain things while the others accomplish better results in other areas. All I’m trying to say is, yes some Nations are definitely better then others there is no one perfect Nation. The United States and the Constitution have allowed the people the freedom that was never seen before and the strategy worked. Over the past 200 years the United States has definitely risen to become the world’s leading Nation and with that comes the rise of the U.S. $Dollar. Which is the world’s leading currency and what everyone collectively agrees on to be the most stable asset in the world.
What we need to look at is history, it is the most valuable information we have because no one can predict the future. Take a look at what has happened to the currency of the most powerful regimes throughout history dating back to the Roman Empire until the now the U.S. $Dollar. Did you look? Ok I’ll make it short and easy for you, it has collapsed and failed time and time again. You can argue gold but we already tried that. Look at history remember. So where are we at and where is the U.S. $dollar going? The fact that It has lost I don’t even know exactly close to 90% of its value in the past 100 years should be a pretty obvious sign of where it is going. (I’m editing and I looked it up it’s actually 96%!) I think the next 10 years will be a time that is looked back to as a complete paradigm shift. A paradigm shift refers to a fundamental change in the basic concepts and practices of a particular discipline, culture, or way of thinking. It represents a significant transformation or shift in the underlying assumptions, beliefs, and methodologies that guide a field or society. This term is often used to describe revolutionary changes that redefine the accepted norms and lead to a new framework or perspective. What Factors make all of this true about bitcoin?
Decentralization: Bitcoin operates on a decentralized network, meaning it is not controlled by any single government or institution. This decentralization can be viewed as a form of financial freedom, as it reduces the influence of centralized authorities on currency and transactions.
2. Financial Inclusion: Bitcoin provides financial services to individuals who may not have access to traditional banking systems. This inclusivity is particularly impactful for people in regions with limited banking infrastructure, giving them greater control over their finances.
3. Censorship Resistance: Transactions made with Bitcoin are censorship-resistant, meaning that no central authority can prevent or control these transactions. This feature is crucial in scenarios where governments may attempt to restrict or control the flow of funds.
4. Security and Privacy: Bitcoin transactions are secured using cryptographic techniques. While the blockchain ledger is transparent, individual users can maintain a level of privacy. This privacy aspect is appealing to those who value financial transactions without unnecessary surveillance.
5. Immutable Ledger: Once a transaction is recorded on the Bitcoin blockchain, it is virtually impossible to alter. This immutability provides a sense of security and trust in the integrity of the financial system.
6. Limited Supply: Bitcoin has a capped supply of 21 million coins. This scarcity is often compared to precious metals like gold and is seen as a safeguard against inflation. The limited supply can empower individuals with a store of value that is not subject to arbitrary increases.
Bitcoin will be the one that brings this paradigm shift into reality and it is glaring us all in the face! I mean if you wish you invested in tech stocks 10 years ago why are you fading the newest technology known to man! I will leave you with this an interview of Bill Miller on Anthony Pompliano Youtube Channel. Bill Miller IV is a portfolio manager, CIO, and Chairman at Miller Value Partners. If this article peaked your interest watch the whole interview it is packed with great information.
